GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR FUNDRAISING EFFORTS!
With the state of the economy over the past few years, it has been widely reported that the need for charities to provide their products and/or services has dramatically increased for those in need. It has also been reported that the donors to the charities have tightened their belts because of the economy. This has led some charities to not be able to provide for every request that has been made of them. Therefore, we are offering an alternative fundraising idea to help boost those donation dollars.
The concept is a Group Cruise Vacation Fundraiser. You will love this type of fundraiser for the following reasons:
1. No upfront cost
2. No commitment to produce
3. Passive in style - we do all the work
4. Promotion can be little to no cost
5. Do not need many to create a nice sum
How does it works? We would meet to select a cruise that would best fit your type of organization. You would then promote the cruise through your e-mail list and/or newsletter. You could also do a mailing of postcards and we would even provide them for you or any other type of promotion at your discretion. Any interested party would be forwarded to my agency for processing. Most of these will try to get their family and/or friends to join them on the cruise which, is the best promotion of the cruise.
How much can it raise? It all depends on the cruise that is selected and the number of people who sign up to take the cruise. However, it is possible to raise up to $250.00 per stateroom booked and sailed. That figure is based on double occupancy in the staterooms. 10 staterooms would raise $2,500 - with 10 people; 20 staterooms would raise $5,000 with 20 people and so on. Plus, there could be other bonuses.
Where does the money come from? Using the $250.00 per stateroom, it would be broken down in the follow fashion:
1. Each adult passenger would donate $50
2. The cruise line would donate $100 per stateroom*
3. CruiseOne - Keith Keller would donate $50 per stateroom
